Awe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow……. I have been so humbled tonight! Eddie booked me, to open for a guy named Willy Porter! I was scared to death! The house was packed! Not one empty seat! I got a little faint at the beginning… but after a few songs I got into my groove! I am starting to love this adrenaline rush you get from performing…………And I mean RUSH!!!!!!!!!!! UMMMMMM… I can’t really explain it….. accept for using the analogy of Christmas or Hannakah, or whatever special celebration your religion embraces……… You wait and wait for the day to come, and you don’t know what to expect………accept in the performing situation……. you get a present greater than you ever imagined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Willy was just one of the most talented people I’ve ever heard…….. And to think that I got to open for him is just mind boggeling. He has gone on tour with Paul Simon. and Sting, Jethro Tull, Jeff Beck, and just a bunch of people……. You need to check him out! I am really just at a lost for words tonight!!!!!!!!!

I say that performing is like a christmas…..ect.., ect……….. because people connect with you in such an incredible way….. and you know that your life is better because of that moment you shared with them!!!!!!!!!!! Some of these folks you will never see again……They come up to you after the show and tell you their story…….. and you go home saying…. Thank you Universe for that moment in time!!!!!!!

This man approached me this evening. and told me that he came tonight, because he had heard “Love Will Follow You” on the Eddies website!!!!!!!! That alone meant the world to me…. But then after the show, he came over and told me this really touching story…….I just don’t know how I got so blessed to have shared this evening with such kind and beautiful people!

I really wish the Universe could come together and connect with each other as a whole, because I can’t even imagine the joy we would receive on this planet……. in celebrating that non-material gift! That gift of Connecting and of Love! No matter what happens in this economy…. Life is going to go on…. I hope you can find someone to connect with and love…… and not put your energy into fear of a material world you have no ability to control or predict!!!!!!!!!!!! Weather you have a penny in the bank, or a zero balance…… You still have the ability to connect….. and that is the most wonderful gift you can give… or RECEIVE!!!!!

For all of you who were at the show tonight….. Thanks for sharing that moment with me!

Lastly…. To Geoff Melkonian, who played guitar and sang back up with me……. Geoff thanks for supporting me…. and helping me drive this vehicle of music that gives me so much joy and purpose in life!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for visiting!!!!!!!!!
