The music keeps playing but the nest is getting rather empty!!!

I spent the last month recording and painting. The show at Steve’s last week was SOOOO much fun!!! I also just completed another commission that goes with my song “A Part Of Everything”. I LOOOOOVVVEEEE commissions!!! Print’s will be available online VERY soon!!! In the meantime this train is definitely moving and the little baby birds are definitely flying.

My son left for Rome in May to study abroad. He is attending a program at Oxford University in England through GA Tech and won’t return until August. I am just so darn proud of him!!! I asked him to send me pictures, as I have never visited most of the countries he will be studying in, and the pictures he has sent take my breath away!!!
My daughter just finished her junior year of high school. She thinks she wants to be a doctor so she volunteered to go to Peru through a special program where she will work along side of doctors. She hopes this experience will help her decide if she wants to declare pre-med in college. The one major question that stumps her, is what college to attend. Rather than sit in fear, the two of us are going to hit the road. I will bring my guitar and play along the way, she will assist me, we will paint pictures, and in the process we will explore our beautiful western United States Of America, and find out if the west will become her home upon high school graduation.
We will start our journey from Atlanta to New Orleans and visit Tulane, eat some beignet’s, and check out the towns incredible music and art. The following day we will head West to Texas, New Mexico, LA, Arizona, etc, etc…….
